Warning Reminder

  • Do not insert or remove Game Card when the power indicator LED of your DS Console is on as this could lead to data loss or damage the Nintendo DS Console.
  • Do not turn the power rapidly on and off when DS Game Card is inserted as this could damage them. Especially if you changing one game to another, you will need to Power off and wait for 5 second before you Power on again.
  • Please remove cartridge after playing. Do not leave cartridge inside the console.
  • Do not place the cartridge near a magnet or anything magnetic, eg: audio speaker.
  • Do not place the cartridge near any electronic item which emit radiation wave, eg: TV, microwave oven, mobile phone.
  • Please refer to your Nintendo DS instruction manual on page 23 for more detail.
  • Please DO NOT try to open the cartridge or force it in any way as it will void your warranty and we will not be able to exchange it.
  • Please DO NOT try to remove the warranty sticker on the cartridge as it will void your warranty and we will not be able to exchange it.

Q: Are all games on the NDS multi cartridges in English?

 

A: Yes, English is the basic language of all the games, but some games do have multiple language selection.

 

Q: I would like to order a customised cartridge, how should I do?

 

A: First, just look for your favourite games according to the first alphabet of the games title. Then let me know via email and pay for the items via paypal. Email address is nintendogames@ymail.com for email and paypal

 

Q: Do I need to modify or add anything to my NDS console to play the multi-game cartridge?

 

A: No, you don't need to modify or add any software or hardware to play the multi-game cartridge.

 

Q: Are the games the same quality as on the single cartridges?

 

A: Yes, playability and quality is exacly identical to the single cartridges, it also support multiplayer version.

 

Q: Are all the games full version games or just demos?

 

A: All the games in the multi-game cartridge are full version of Nintendo DS games, they are not demo or simplified version of the games.

 

Q: How do the DS Multi-Game Cartridges work?

 

A: When you insert the cartridge and switch on the NDS console, you will see a list of games and you choose the game which you would like to play. You scroll through the list of games using up and down on the D pad and select the game you would like to play using the A button.

 

Q: How can I pay and is it secured?

 

A: We do not receive or ever request any customer's credit card details. Credit Card processing is done via a secure gateway - PayPal. We get an e-mail with the details and a postal address only.

 

Q: Can I pay through check or postal orders?

 

A: Sorry, we only accept payment online via PayPal.

 

Q: Are there any shipping costs?

 

A: No, these costs are included in the price, or how others would say it, it's Free Shipping.

 

Q: How long does it takes for my order to be processed?

 

A. We work on processing orders right away.

For customised orders, sometimes due to the mass amount of orders we get it can take 1 - 5 days for your order to go from Pending to Processing. The cartridge needs to be created and tested. But you can be assured that we do our 100% best to get it out to you A.S.A.P. Reasons why it might takelonger can be testing process failed or the availability of staff, etc.

 

Q: Do the games ever fail to play?

 

A. Due to different Nintendo DS's around the world, the different software and firmware, and the different games that have been modified to be played on multi cartridges sometimes games fail to play correctly. This is a rare situation. If it happens you can return the cartridge to us and we will fix the problems for you, or we work out a discount on a future buy. We will always work on it to make you a happy customer.
