How to make an order

Warranty

  • All items purchased from our webstore will have a 30 days full warranty from the date purchased. If items malfunctioned within 30 days from the date purchased, customer are advised to contact us or email us for the faulty report and we will arrange a new replacement.

  • All cartridges at our webstore are going through two quality testing procedures. First, at the factory , they will be checked  and the second stage check is done by our staff. We check every items cartridge before shipping them out to our customer.

 

  • In the unlikely situation that you do get a defective cartridge or your Nintendo DS console refuses to play the cartridge. We will work out a way for you to send the cartridge back and we will replace it with a new one. If that doesn't work, you return the cartridge and we will give you a full refund. Please read our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy below.

 

  • Please DO NOT try to open the cartridge or force it in any way as it will void your warranty and we will not be able to exchange it.

 

  • Please DO NOT try to remove the warranty sticker on the cartridge as it will void your warranty and we will not be able to exchange it.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

  • If you are not satisfied for any reasons. Please return it to us within 7 days from the date of received and we will refund you the full purchased amount after deducting £10.00 as service charge and re-stocking fees. Email us first before sending anything back to us.

 

  • If the item is defected or damaged during transit, we will replace you a new one after an investigation has been made. You need not pay any additional charges for the replacement process.

 

  • Please be duly informed that the return postage charges for claiming Refund, Faulty Returned or Cancellation will be borne by the customer.

 

  • Please be noted that we will only replace or refund AFTER we receive the returned cartridge that been delivered. We do not accept postage receipt as a prove of return as to avoid any fraud action or misunderstanding.

 

  • If you wish to cancel or make changes on your order, please email us within 2 hours from the time of your order. After that, we will not accept any cancellation unless the ordered item has not been sent yet. We will refund the full amount for a successful order cancellation.
